Running for office now?
We are really excited to learn that 30 of our She Should Run™ nominees are already running for office this year! Each of these candidates puts women one step closer to reaching equality in elected office. From school board to city council to state legislature, these candidates are meeting the challenge.
WCF is working with these candidates and our other She Should Run™ nominees to give them the support they need in starting their political careers. All of our nominees received a Gateway Guide to help them start planning a run for elected office, and we have sent letters to the Democratic and Republican parties in every state to spread the word about our great nominees.
If you know a woman who could benefit from our support, nominate her! Click here to make a nomination.
Women’s Campaign Forum also supports women candidates through our endorsement. With election season fully underway, our endorsement application for state and non-federal candidates is now available. We invite all pro-choice women running for office to consider submitting an application. Click here to request an application.
