We’re Working for You!

Women’s Campaign Forum is hard at work developing new resources for our She Should Run nominees.  The Gateway Guide that we sent all of our nominees is getting a whole new look over the summer.  We’ve teamed up with industry experts to create a revamped guide that will be unlike any other political handbook out there.  The new guide will focus on making the decision to run for office, including stories from currently elected and appointed officials about their own experience in making that fundamental decision.

We are also putting together the first issue of the She Should Run alumnae newsletter.  The newsletter will feature advice about running for office, updates about our She Should Run program, highlights of top political organizations, and news about women and politics. Look for it at the end of every month, starting later this June.

Finally, we’re also gathering information about the best campaign trainings in the country to give our nominees the opportunity to learn more about running for office and to network with other women leaders.

Keep an eye out for all of these exciting resources as we roll them out this summer!

Do you know a woman who wants to know more about entering public service?  Tell her that She Should Run by nominating her. Don’t be afraid to nominate yourself, either!
